If a civilization does not know about Christianity or Jesus, do they still go to hell?

If yes, then why would God condemn a group of people to Hell if those people have never even heard of God? What kind of sick religion is this?

If no, then why do you insist on preaching Jesus and God to people if they will not go to Hell for being ignorant? If you let them be ignorant, then they will go to heaven for sure.
