most likely your insurance will write that off, especially if it is an older car
if the car was crashed hard enough to break the axle and chassis that car will never be the same. it will be wearing out tires faster, replacing suspension parts will be difficult because the holes will be off by a little even after repair
 
You have to own a company in order to "write" something "off." I'm guessing you don't know what it means to do that.
 
Depends on the cost of repairs against the value of the car. if the repairs cost more then it could be a write off as far as the insurance is concerned
 
A broken chaise is definitely a major problem, but maybe a specialty frame shop can fix. Just need to ask to see if possible.
