I would take a deep breathe and count to 10 then assess the situation. Chances are it was probably some bigot H-D rider that didn't like that jap flag you fly on the back of your truck!
 
Smile and wave or floor it....my diesel loves to pour out black smoke.

I would not swerve at him or do anything else for his safety. It is not worth going to jail for man slaughter cuz some dude flipped me the bird.

Plus, if he is pissed off at you, you must have done something to provoke it, or he is just an a$$, like me.
