Ok so heres the deal I've been at my job for about four years now and its a simple job in fact a trained monkey could do it but the pay is good. About a year and a half ago we acquired a new employee, truth be told he was one of those people I just didnt like from the start, but he later went on to prove me right and show just what an intolerable jackass he is. I really hate this fucker. First off he cant manage the simplest of tasks without the most explicit of instructions, and selective hearing runs rampant with him. But worst of all is he loves to push his far right / religious view points on every one he comes in contact with. I have told him off and even went out of my way to offend him on several occasions. I have refused to talk to him for weeks on end and still he tries to act like my best buddy. I swear if he gets in my personal space one more fucking time I will choke him to death. :mad:!
No one here can stand him but unfortunately he doesn't dp anything to warrant termination, and he's too dumb to know we all hate him and just quit. What should I do? Should we come up with some elaborate scheme to get him fired or try to be even meaner to him and make him quit or should I just get it out of the way and do what I really want to do and go to his house in the middle of the night and kill him in his sleep :gun: ?
 
dude. i know exactly how you feel. Althought with me its a little different. I started this job [tech support] about 4 months ago with a school district.
There were two positions opening, and someone had been working here before. From the start I knew that this lady [who was working there before i started] was a total fuckin bum. So the first week rolls by and she starts leaving early. She gave us a 3 minute training of the software needed to manage all the data, work orders, and requests. When we ask her something..she totally gives us the "are you fucknig stupid" look. So the boss leaves on vacation after the first week and she starts bailing out early...she takes two hour lunches..pulls shit like that. So she gets paid about 5 more bux an hour to sell mary kay all day, sit on her ass and talk to her sister who lives in CA. We live in TX. So im just waiting till she does something really fucked up so that i may point it out to my superviser..although hes a little puppy and wont do anything. Everyone here hates her ass...man i cant stand her...
 
ummmm ok...i work with about 10 of these people...all in the same god dam kitchen...its rather pathetic and annoying as hell....im the one that gives them the are you stupid looks...but these people are just fucking incompetent....one kid comes up to me and asked where he could find clean rags...i told him look in the washing machine....his response...WE HAVE A WASHING MACHINE???...which would be fine...but hes a stupid fucking stoner kid that has worked there for about a year now....yea fucking incompetent rejects

You've got two ways to go:

Legit: Find a way to implement testing or competency tests which he can never pass. Then they will have to fire him.

The other way: Start fuckin' with his head in a dozen differnt ways, be relentless, but of course he must never know it was you. Eventually, he will leave or have a breakdown and have to leave...
