Identify film(s)?

Can anyone help me I'm trying to remember the title of a film I watched.

It involved a list of things that one of the characters wanted to do before they died.

There might have been more than one film as I think I've seen two with this theme involved.

IIRC, there's no specific list involved, but the dying Mr. Watanabe does set out to achieve something with what's left of his life.
