iDEN Media Downloader R01.01.02 ??? Is this what I need

for the softwear to install the USB cord for ringtones n ****, i havnt got it yet, but im just going to get the cord of ebay for like 2$ and i was wondering if this is the softwear i need so my computer will read the USB cord, i no i need webjal or myjal or w/e.. but do i need this (iDEN Media Downloader R01.01.02) too?
