Ideas On A Project Proposal For Camp?

To apply for my Counselor in training (CIT) program at my camp, we have to come up with a project proposal that 8 or more CITs can preform and that will help make camp better/more attractive. it could be anything as long as its not crazy expensive and that 8 or more 16 and 17 year olds can do practically themselves. any ideas?
**this is a summer camp, not a fancy one, but i love it.
 
sing songs ect for money to put to the fund of improving the camp?

sports crafts drama program teaching people how to swim or to swim better
 
peer/relationship bonding activities and night hikes with cool glow in the dark rocks embedded in the dirt and no flashlights allowed
