I have free house for a night next week & my boyfriends coming over to stay. I want to surprise him with a nice meal. I can work the oven and everything & i can get my hands on ingredients easily (local booths) i just need some ideas. I'm thinking maybe something pasta based, but i'm not really bothered i'm open to all ideas. if anyone has any nice fairly simple recipes, any ideas/help is much appreciated
