Focus it on white collar crime, alot of your missions will come from the wall street bankers and billionaire investors, just imagine the missions, assassination missions, factory burnings, paying off police investigations, killing people who have certain information, paying off media sources etc. Imagine all the awesome mansions you could buy, and you could get sweet a$$ weapons from corrupt military officials, the creators could create some of the most horrible/greatest characters in video games too. The main character could have some insane military background as well, and has to have some deep remorse for what he is doing. Idk, just something i was thinking about.
Now imagine the teaser trailer, its completely black, then you hear some breathing and some gun chambering sounds and then a voice that comes on and says "i tried to live a simple life, i tried to keep myself from the temptations that evil presented to me, tried to live without the fear of one day burning in hell" and then it fades into a the crosshairs of a rifle scope on someones head, then he says "but i failed", then you hear a gunshot and then the screen goes black, and then the title of the game slowly fades onto the screen.
