idea for a debate topic for my english?

its for my english coursework and i need to make a speech, but i need a debate topic, i was hoping for a meaningful topic which i could give examples of...any ideas?
 
Why don't you debate the teaching of sex education and STD's through abstinence only or straight talk programs. There's tons of info on that subject.
 
the suggested added tax on alcohol - positives and negatives - conclusion - it wouldn't make much of a difference
