Idaho drivers education?

Hi I live in Coeur D' Alene Idaho and I was wondering if you can tell me if i NEED to take drivers Ed before I get the permit to drive with an adult and what does cost to get the permit I rely want to know because I'm 14 in a half turning 15 in June and rely want to drive.
