Id questions for college?

I have a brother whos older than me. Rather than getting a fake ID i think i could pass for him in his picture. Is this risky? Obviously I can get into trouble but could anything happen to him? What about swiping in bars and stuff. Tell me everything
 
Yes. Its an offence to have a fake ID. Its better to have an original one than to have a fake Id. It may cause to suspension or even termination of admission from college. So please go for an original one than a fake one.
