I'd like to text my friend but I have to use email? Rogers and Telus please help!?

I'd like to text my friend but I'm already over my limit, she was away at school and I just wanted to fill her in. I know you can email texts because I always do it with my other friends but she is rogers, I'd like to know what the @_____.ca is for Rogers, also telus if possible.

For example if it's Virgin mobile it would be
Virgin Mobile: [email protected]
I.E. [email protected]
