so i was making ziti in a pan,n i cooked the ground beef for like 15-20 min,at one point i had put the cover on so it can simmer,and it was on medium heat.there was no pink,the whole was steamin,but when i added the spaggetti sauce n stuff,and let that cook,i was eating and inside some of the little chunks it was pale inside now imm worried,dis dat normal,or should i have cooked the beef more longer
