ichat help please(iMac, newest iMac)?

I use iChat instead of Google Talk, and I would like to know if its possible to have video talks with people who don't use iChat, but use a regular camera.
And if it doesn't work, how can i download Google Talk for my Mac.
I tried downloading it at the website but it didn't work.
