iBall Freedom 2.4Ghz Wireless mouse not working ?

I just purchased a iBall Freedom 2.4Ghz Wireless Mouse. My laptops WiFi connection is disabled. Is it anything to relate to it ? what is the function of CPI button ?
It says Plug 'n' Play .. No bundled drivers available !
