ok so, I have a motorola i930 with Windows 2003 second edition software and when I change the time manually its fine but when I dock it its switches back an hour, I downloaded a patch from Microsoft but it is a .cab file and all the instructions say it run it, I need some direction towards being able to run a .cab file, can anyone drop some knowledge on this subject for me?
