i900 flashing

Please , somebody that really knows what is doing , help me to flash a i900 , to change to spanish lang, what flasher I need ? becouse I search on the forum but only find "dead i900", and no solution, I don't want to put in risk the phone..

i900 is not a qualcomm platform, it's windows mobile, so go looking for help on wm boards
