I870 not booting up or slow sometimes

it goes to the first screen i870 screen.... it stays there for a long time one time like twenty min. later it finally loaded... but frooze again.. fone was working fine i changed batterys now ist like this.. i put the old battery in and still the same.. idea/.s

correction does not turn off.. just big screen goes blank out side screen stais on the i870
