heat the panels with a hair dryer or heat gun and slowly peal the front panel off. Repeat for the inside panel. On the inside panel there are screws. that removes the black ring on the flip. as for the rest, just take the whole thing apart carefully and pay attention to details. I tore mine apart with out any help. Trial and error. And if u screw it up put insurance on it if u dont already have it and take it back to a service repair center.
