i718 hard reset

hi mates.

anyone know of any way to do a hard reset? tried the methods of the i710 (windows+ok+reset for 10 secs) but nothing changed.

need to clear the user password at the start.

thanks for any help
 
camera + windows + power or camera + ok + power, i have forgotten but i thinnk it's the first!
