i7 i7-740QM w/Turbo Boost up to 2.93 GHz vs.i7-840QM processor w/ Turbo Boost

up to 3.2 GHz? is the upgrade from the first to the second, worth paying $300 extra? I'm not really a gamer but i'm just wondering?
