I wrote this poem for a girl ...?

I wrote this poem for a girl , its really complicated between the both of us and i believe sending her a poem is my last chance so here it is :

i close my eyes to make you go away , i fall asleep and only dream of you , when i awake your the first thing on my mind
thats why i cant leave you ... now do you understand how i feel ? now can you see why i cant let you go ?
for every grain of sand on the beach ill count them all to be with you.

Should i send it to her and how and where or when should i give it to her ???
