I wrecked my boyfriends car help!?

So yesterday my boyfriend fell asleep at the wheel and told me to drive...well im freaking driving a car hits me while im making a uturn thats was on the same side of the road as me... yea i know crzy. well my boyfriends car wont cover him because no one was injured. I have insurance... but idk if they will cover my boyfriends car... it looks like his Rear Axle is broken...how much do u think all of this will cost.. ?!?!?!?!?! HEEEEELP!
The police officer put no one at fault because where our cars were he said that no one could be blamed because everything looked off
well im not going to court...traffic school is where i will be.....how do i determine who was at fault
 
If you don't have collision insurance on your car, on the policy that's in your name (not your parents name, that DEFINATELY won't cover), then your policy won't carry over on to his car.

Your boyfriend didn't have collision on his car.

Police do not determine fault. But if the other guy was going straight, and you were making a U turn, unless he rearended you BEFORE the U turn, YOU are at fault for this.
