I have recently been shopping around for a new laptop and came across a prety good deal at best buy and was going to purchase it..... However, they started asking me if I wanted it customized so it would be faster. When asked what it was they did, all they would tell me was that they took out some programs and installed virus/spyware for an extra $129.00. does anyone know what it is they extract out of the PC. I think I can put a disk in a computer an load some software so is it worth it..... I not thinking so but need some advise, and some info on what is taken out.....Thanks
