I would like to upgrade my HP media center m1170n. Any suggestions?

I have all the stock components. The only upgrade I did so far is the video card. I have ati radeon hd 3450 installed.

The PC is running fine on the game I play. (World of Warcraft but in the lowest video settings)
I would really like to play this game on maxed out settings using this PC. Is it even possible? any suggestions is appeciated. thnx in advance!
 
You can add any PCI express card to that system But to be blunt you'll need a better than stock power supply to run top end cards 500-750 watt preferably.
