I would like to refinance my car loan which is 11% or $503/month.?

I live in San Diego, CA and currently my credit score is 667, 653, 619 from the three credit bureaus. Any idea what interest rate I might get? Should I even do it? I have a 2007 Honda CRV LX with 27,000 miles on it.
