what is a fair price for the vehicle? I am told that $250 over invoice price is fair, is this correct?
 
no. it really depends on the incentives out for the vehicle. go to lexus.com and search for the incentives and special finance rates on the 09 rx350. lexus is trying to get rid of these vehicles to make way for the new model, so you may or may not be able to get a better deal.
