The bar will feature several rooms including a chill out room playing ambient music, a karaoke bar, a Cigar room which will have an outside patio with a choice of various cigars plus a bar serving anything from whiskey to champagne, also an area that will be more 'lively' playing chart music and RnB.

I want to know the best place to look for investment and would be willing to negotiate a share of the equity with any potential investor. i am a bit in the dark as to who to ask for investment or where to seek advice so i thought i would ask here..
