See I have these nasty looking blemishes on my arms strictly the bicep area on the outside. Below the shoulder and ends an inch above the elbow. They kinda look like little pimples but there not. Maybe 2-5 per arm are. I have had it for about as long as I can remember, can anybody please tell me what they are and how to get rid of it.
I would like to know whats on my arms and how do I get rid of it?
