the financial aid department? I would like to know what administrative unit at a college or university is over the financial aid department to where if a student is being mistreated due to a special circumstance beyond their control as a result of what an academic advisor stated certain things to financial aid without discussing those same thinhgs to the student and financial aid is going off what that advisor says without listening to that student and financial aid is forcing that student to take certain courses and is forcing them to graduate before their appointed time ,who could that student speak to regarding an issue like that?
