I would like to know about higher educations?

I have high school diploma and did 2 years collage in HND but I didn't finish it. I have been working for the past 11 years and now I am a Business Development Director. I worked in almost well known organization in town where I can get recommendations. Now I need to do Master Degree or so. How and where can I do that?
I am based in Dubai welling to travel for exams
