i would like to get a professional make over and do a photo shoot after any suggestions?

im turning 17 and for my birthday i would love to go get a professional make over and go do a photo shoot after that. does any one have any suggestions ( its my present to my self so like 300 ish would be my max dollar wise) any help would be appreciated THANK YOU!
