depending on the contents of a cells? For example: I have a range of grades:
P1, P2, P3, P4 OR
M1, M2, M3, M4 OR
D1, D2, D3, D4
across a row of cells. I would like to create a formula which will look at these cells and if they are all Ps return the letter P. If they are Ms it will show an M etc...
Hope this makes sense, difficult to explain without actually showing you the spreadsheet.
