i use some cheap nail for a project but the end of the nails are too sharp and may cause damage to hands when taking out the beads. i the easiest way is to dip the tip of the nail into some epoxy so that the sharp end are covered up. i need to put beads onto the nails and the beads have to come out from the nails constantly so the epoxy must have to stick and stay there. anyone has any recommend what is the economical way to do this? what kind of epoxy i can use? the nails will be used from 40F to 80F only, no extreme temperature. i can use a grinding machine to take away the sharp edge but there are hundreds of nails so it is time consuming. anyone has any suggestion?
