I would like to change my 13 months old Nokia N95 8GB with N79. Is that a good decision?

After seeing the new N79in the Internet and reading a lot of reviews about it, my mind is biased on changing my 13 months old 'excellent' Nokia N95 8GB. There are many reasons, which pull me back from this decision but I am keep thinking of it. Reviews didn't convince me 100% about the N79, but it is still a very decent candy bar shaped phone with upgraded operating system and UI and almost equal features... It is confusing, and I can't decide. The N79 is about $295 now and when I purchased the N95 8GB it was $455. Obviously, the difference in value is making me think but I really wish a change but it shouldn't be something that I will regret later. Any suggestions?
