There is a list of breeders on the below website. My only other recommendation is to check on Craig list and see if there anything on there in Michigan or Northern Ohio (maybe even Ontario). But $50? Unless you become really good friends with a breeder or stumble across one at an animal shelter (which even then wouldn't be that cheap), you'll never get one for $50, I've personally never seen one for under $1,000.
