You can go to a vocational or tech school. I don't know what schools there are over there, but you could probably google vocational school or technical institute in Illinois.

They'll teach you everything you need, and you'll have a certification or degree. A lot of voc/tech schools help with job searches as well.
 
should I go to? I don't know if I should go to a certain college.

I live in Illinois and I don't want to go far.
