To sum up who I am you could use the word "ignorant". I don't know anything about any thing. I never went to college, I did terrible in high school, I had an abusive, controlling, helicopter mom and didn't do much as a kid, and I've NEVER been interested in the world around me... So for most of you out there reading this question, "ignorant" would probably be a really good sum up of what I am; I am "ignorant to the facts around me".
Since I am "ignorant", I tend to let my imagination and intuition about the world be my guide. Most people don't feel comfortable with "hunches" or "opinions" so when I talk about my view of the world, I am in constant conflict with others because they know the "facts" that I'm wrong. But the truth is, I could be "right" but I could be looking at it from a different point of view without all the rules and regulations that they follow since they know the "norms" of the world and I don't...
Anyways, since I am an "ignorant" person who knows nothing about life, how do I communicate my "ideas" and "opinions" to people who have based their life around "hard facts" or "cold knowledge"? I'd like the ability to talk to people about the way I see the world without having my visions being under attack by their intelligence. Could someone help me with a role play of how it would play out so I could be respected when I talk?
