i am a muslim women with 2 daughters.my husband has got some properties built on his own income.he has got one sister and his parents are still alive.the properties are in our joint names.we are planning to write a settlement deed allowing the properties to go to my daughters after our life time.will ther be any problems in doing so.
I would like some information on shariat law on inheritance?
