O.K. I workout for an hour and have to pee every single time.Even if say I workout for an hour pee.Then workout for another hour I'll have to pee AGAIN why is this?? :dizzy::dizzy:
not sure I get the problem but as you know, you are supposed to be drinking regularly during your workout for optimum benefits. The kidneys/bladder work at their own speed and it would only be normal to have to go frequently after all the liquids consumed.
If your body is storing a lot of glycogen ("carb loaded") and you use it up during your workout, water is released (stored glycogen causes water storage). If you do not sweat a lot of the water out, it will be disposed of by urination.
