thanks guys.maybe i wording it wrong.i just was woundering way is it realy loose..the secound one on the passegers side is realy loose.i snug it down . but one seems to look like it would come rite off the rocker arm...could it be the cam is whorn out?

When you change the heads, you have to buy new bolts to clamp it down tight. The rocker arms should have specific torque according to the specs of your engine service manual. Usually about 90 ft. lbs. And some have to be tightened in sequence. The sequence is also stated in a service manual.

If you have pushrods, then surely your tappets are manually adjustable? If you changed the head, then you should have adjusted all the tappets.
