I work with Siemens as a contractor and need to get a raise, how can I achieve this?

I have been working for Siemens for 4 months so far as an IT technician. Initially, they wanted to pay me 10/hr. At first, I felt reluctant but I choose it anyway because I knew the economy was bad and I would be thankful for it later. My starting job duties were delivering computers and equipments to user and documenting what I am delivering. For the past month, I have been getting more responsibility in my position and I am now doing help desk/computer building/deliveries. Working between these three tasks has become stressful, especially when I am only making 10/hr. I researched online and realized help desk technicians should be getting paid at least 14 and up. How can I approach my agency and convince them to give me a raise so I can feel more worthwhile to my company?
 
Hello, I would look around and find another place that you may like to work doing the same thing your doing now. Interview and if they want you, decide whether or not you would be willing to quit and change work places. Of course only if you are offered more pay. You could then let the present employees know that you need more money for your work and if they can't give that to you, then tell them that you are going to have to consider going somewhere else. They want know that you have already done your homework nor do they need to know. If you are offered more money, great. If not, take the other job and move on.
