I work out 5 times a day lifting and 2 of those 5 i run and bike. ?

I take a pre workout drink and a protein drink after. and i was wondering if you guys thing Hydroxycut hardcore in dangerous for my body in anyway. i would take it to help me burn fat. i am 215 20 percent body fat and i want to be like 195 10 percent body fat.
 
You could definitely take Hydroxycut. I don't see anything about how you're working out would effect wether or not to take a supplement.

About your workout though, I can obviously tell that you're not working out hard enough. You should only do an hour of weight lifting max a day, maybe only a little more, and only in one workout. If you can do more then that, then you are not working out hard enough.
But as far as the running and biking, there are no limits on those as far as I know. Just listen to your body and make sure not to push yourself too much.
 
if you keep that kind of diet and fitness program, any fat burner will work. i am currently taking APIDEXIN. it works great, i was 218 and 25% body fat. 3 months later (now) im 185 20 % body fat. im still working, but i only do a 2 hour workout at the end of the day because im deployed in iraq. with your routine, you should lose wieght faster. hydroxycut is a very good fat burner but you need to stay hydrated. if you are good on WATER then youll be fine if you take it...
