real results. Suggestions? I workout my chest and shoulders twice a week and arms twice a week so one day chest the next day arms and so on with 20min cardio everyday and abs workouts every other day. I been doing this for almost 2 months and still see no results although some people say I look bigger, I just don't see it. Am I doing something wrong with my workout? Or am I eating to much, or to little. I need help in this because I really want to get in shape. Thank for the time on reading this! Hope you can help.
