selling it to me? She has a buyer that will pay 25,000 for it. But I do all the work for the past 2 years and she does nothing. I claim my money as self employment can I sue her because of this? She promised she would give it to me and I do all the work and just have all 50 of my clients write the check to her business name but I do all the work. She does not claim me as an employee. I never signed a contract with her saying if I took clients or anything like that...
