I work at a fast food restaurant?

And their is a lad who works there and he tells the erea manager about anything the restaurant manager dose that's wrong. and he goes out side for a smoke and goes looking in the staffs cars to see if he can find any thing to tell over. should the lad be moved and his it not nice to tell over people all the time?
Every time he has a girlfriend they get fed up of him and finish with him.
