Well I use 2 be 285lbs I lost 85 so now I'm 200lbs well my arms were 15inchs when I got down 2 200 and I work them about 2 times aweek! When I just work them and when I work my chest. so that's 2 times well anyways its been a year in 4months now and there still 15inchs I eat a lot of eggs n chicken I eat all wat I'm sup 2! N some ways my arms look smaller! Can they get smaller? And wat can I do 2 make them grow? I do push n pull ups!
