I woke up last morning with a realy sore tummy and sharp pains?

It felt like it was my bladder hurting so i went to the toilet and when i started peeing it hurt a lot and then i quickly came inside my room and lay on the bed and after a while it got better and stopped hurting. WHAT WAS THIS PAINT THOUGH AND WHY DID I FEEL IT?

This was all yesterday

25 weeks pregnant with the joy of a boy!
