I wish i could get a haircut...

but there are 2 GINORMOUS acne scars on each side of my temples...im a buzz cut guy and it really sucks that i cant get one because of this god damn acne...my hair is sooo freaking long and everyone is always bugging me about cutting it but i always make up some excuse like im too lazy or i like it...BUT I DONT! i hate it sooooo much!!! i want to have 1 cm hair...but i cant. one of them on the right side of my head use to be a lot more red and the dent was really deep, but now it has lightned tremendously, not 100% though. so then a couple months ago i developed another one on the LEFT SIDE OF MY FACE and it took almost 4 months for it to go away...and it left red all above the side of my eyebrow and temple...this is really horrible...and i have acne all over my mouth area too...would it look too bad if i had 2 huge acne scars/red marks on my temples and horrible acne in the mouth area if i got a Buzzcut? please...someone help me...will these scars ever heal?

I used to have dyed black hair with sides that went down to the bottom of my earlobe and straight bangs. It made my forehead greasy and I would get bad zits near my hairline and sometimes a few large cysts on my forehead. I also got them near my ears where the hair was. I got fed up of paying $40 to cut and dye it every 6 weeks, and especially tired of a greasy zitty forehead, so 2 weeks ago I had my brother buzz it all off for me.

I had some bad red spots and a really deep zit that was scabbed over near my temple (its still red tonight as I type this), but I didnt care. I just wanted to have maintenance free hair.

My point is, go for it. Self esteem is of course a big deal with acne sufferers, but I just bit the bullet and did it, regardless of how Id look. I had never had hair that short ever in the 21 years of my life, but it worked. Do what you like.
